Natalie Enger is an experienced Real Estate Broker/Agent with EXIT Realty Metro focusing on Minneapolis and the western suburbs. She holds the position of Relocation Manager and acts in the capacity of Curator for the EXIT Realty METRO Emerging Artists Gallery.
Natalie is a lifelong resident of the metropolitan area and has lived in Edina, Robbinsdale, St. Michael, Orono, and most recently in the Minnetonka / Wayzata area. She is a graduate of Hopkins HighSchool, attended the University of Minnesota; majoring in Business and Fine Arts and the University of St Thomas where she pursued a mini MBA in Public Administration. Following college, Natalie successfully pursued a career in Human Resource Management focusing in Recruiting and Relocation and Organization Strategic Planning; working with Honeywell Inc., Target Corp., and the City of Eden Prairie.Natalie has been a full time Real Estate Broker/ Agent since 2003. With her management background and practical experience in both the Private and Public sectors Natalie brings unique knowledge and skills to the Real Estate process.She has earned the Graduate REALTORS Institute designation and the Senior Resource Advisor designation providing her with the skills to work with the full spectrum of buyers including the complex challenges faced by Senior’s and their families. Natalie has extensive experience with corporate relocation clients, whether moving to the Twin Cities or relocating to other areas. She has worked with clients nationally and internationally including Asia, Europe, Australia and South Africa. She understands the challenges faced by transferring families and is prepared to help with all aspects of the move from house hunting to re-settling support including schools, medical and special needs, sports and activities, to special cultural needs. Understanding the bank processes has enabled Natalie to help clients to avoid foreclosure and navigate through the difficult waters of the short sale process streamline the purchase of foreclosures and short sales. Natalie and husband Chris live in Wayzata and have a blended family of six children. With graduates of, the Blake Schools, Benilde / St. Margaret’s, Hopkins High school and Eden Prairie High school, she brings knowledge and experience with both private and public school options. As a volunteer for the Minneapolis Institute of Art’s ‘Art Master Piece’ program Natalie brought art education to the classroom for 12 years. Currently she is an active member of the Walker Art Center, and the Minnetonka Center for the Arts where she works as a kiln-fired glass artist.
