Long time area developer and property management specialist, Peter Harrington has continued to grow and develop his business. With over 40 years experience, Peter is well known for his talents in working in the multi unit arena and a true master of these projects.Harrington Real Properties was started by Peter in 1996 to locate and sell land to developers for real estate projects.
Harrington Real Properties created a need for Harrington Partners, LLC – a consulting firm that works with banks and developers affected by current market conditions. Harrington noted, “Many are concerned with condominium buildings that have lost value, are not selling, and are draining cash every month. To solve these problems we formed a professional team to handle these projects putting a stop to cash outflow. They become positioned with a long term strategy to work in the current sales market that may not flourish for several years.” Next evolved Marpe Holdings, LLC which is a partnership with Mark Pasvogel Jr. Marpe Holdings was formed in 2008 as a real estate company to own and manage over 200 duplex properties in the metro area. “Our purpose is to provide clean and well managed, affordable housing, and improve our neighborhoods” noted Harrington. As it happens, Marpe Holdings resulted in another company, Marpe Development, LLC again with Mark Pasvogel Jr. Marpe Holdings was created in 2011 to restore distressed homes and bring them back to their original architecture. The corporate purpose is to provide beautiful homes with tremendous value at the most affordable prices. This success resulted in the need for one more affiliation, EXIT Realty Metro. “We researched many real estate companies and agreed that EXIT Realty Metro had what it took to work with us and our mission. The association has been a good one, especially with the growth in our renovation business in St Paul and other communities, “ noted Harrington.
