Todd Harrington’s passion has always involved helping people and families find a solution to their housing needs. He grew up in Wayzata, MN in the family business of renovating houses into homes and buildings into beautiful rental properties; it is in his blood one might say! He helps people get into homes that fulfill their needs and desires, and in many instances, has helped in putting them in touch with the people who can customize the home exactly to their specifications.
A licensed Realtor since 2009, Todd focuses on selling beautifully renovated single family homes in the inner city. Working with MARPE Development has enabled Todd to have a full understanding of the Real Estate markets both from the buyers/ investors standpoint and from the sellers standpoint. Marpe has received much accreditation for exceptional work in bringing homes back to their previous glory and improving our urban community. Todd also works in the Multi-family markets and is affluent in the renovation, rental and/or sales of these properties. He is active in finding distressed properties, and is very knowledgeable in the construction and renovation costs associated with these projects. Todd manages multi-family properties and works with a network of subcontractors to do the smaller jobs that these properties require.
